NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 & 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor of the Town of Santa Clara, County of Franklin has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Town Clerks office. Due to the current Covid 19 pandemic, the Tentative Assessment Roll will only be available to view online at the Franklin County website below.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll by telephone only on:
May 4; May 11; May 12.
On May 4 and May 11 between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 noon and May12 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 26, 2022 between the hours of 5pm and 9 pm at the Town of Santa Clara Town Hall, 5367 St. Rt. 30 Saranac Inn, NY to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the application of any person believing themselves to be aggrieved.
If you wish to contest your assessment you must file a complaint form IN ADVANCE. A form can be downloaded by visiting the website of the NY State Dept of Taxation and Finance at WWW.tax.ny.gov .
