Public Hearing Variance Application: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE VARIANCE BOARD TOWN OF SANTA CLARA The Variance Board of the Town of Santa Clara, County of Franklin, State of New York, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 29th at 6:00 PM at the Santa Clara Town Hall, Route 30, Saranac Inn, New York, to hear comments on the following application: Application of Innis free Associates, LLC would require a variance for an increase in size to an existing non-conforming structure. This variance would be on the applicants' property at 121 Frog Lane, Saranac Lake, NY 12983, Town of Santa Clara, Franklin County, New York, Tax Map 442-2-3. The proposed variance is: The replacement of a dilapidated onshore boathouse requires a variance. Section 8.11 of the Town of Santa Clara Land Use Code does not allow the increase in size of a non- con forming structure. The structure is non-conforming due to its location within the 75 ft. setback from the water and because it does not meet the definition of a boathouse, defined in Section 2.20 of the land use code. The Height and Area of the existing structure are 11.5 ft and 347 ft respectively. The Height and Area of the proposed structure are 12.5 ft and 564 ft respectively. The variance application of Innisfree Associates is available for public review and inspection at the office of the Santa Clara Town Clerk, Santa Clara Town Hall, 5367 State Route 30, Saranac Inn, NY, during the Clerk's business hours. NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL

(Pursuant to Section 506 & 526 of the Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Santa Clara, County of Franklin has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Santa Clara Town Hall where it may be seen during normal office hours until the 30th of May, 2024.

The Assessor will be in attendance with the tentative assessment roll by appointment only from 8 -4 Monday through Friday.  Please call 315-681-1556 or e-mail [email protected] for an appointment. The Board of Assessment Review will meet May 30th from 5pm and 9 pm at the Town of Santa Clara Town Hall to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessment.
