NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Santa Clara

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Santa Clara will hold a Public Hearing on August, 13, 2026 at 5:45 p.m. at the Santa Clara Town Hall, 5367 State Route 30, Saranac Inn, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Santa Clara and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the

Clerk’s office, 5367 State Route 30, Saranac Inn, New York.  At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. 

Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
