RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT: PUBLIC NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   TAKE NOTICE, that I Laurie McGill, the undersigned Collector of Taxes of the Town of Santa Clara, County of Franklin and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes within the Town of Santa Clara for the year 2025, and that I will attend at my office, Santa Clara Town Hall, 5367 State Route 30, Saranac Inn on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 A.M. to 12 P.M. during the month of January for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on said roll. TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the taxes may be paid on or before January 31, 2025 without charge or interest.  On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest as follows:  February 2025 – 1% and March 2025 -2%. Take note that partial payment of taxes may be made, but minimum payment of $100.00.
