Public Hearing Tupper Lake Rescue 3 year Contract: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Santa Clara at 5:30 p.m. on October 12, 2023 at the Santa Clara Town Hall, 5357 State Route 30, Saranac Inn, New York for the purpose of considering a 3 year (fee of $9,000.00 – 2024, $9,500.00 – 2025 and $10,000.00 – 2026) contract with the Tupper Lake Volunteer Ambulance and Emergency Squad, Inc. for the furnishing of emergency ambulance service to the Town of Santa Clara.   All persons interested in the matter will be heard at such time and place.
